Refund Policy

Registration Fee

The masterclass registration fee (currently ₹499) secures your seat for the live session and is largely non-refundable once payment is completed, given the limited seats and preparation involved.

Refunds Are Considered If

• The masterclass is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by Om Sai Cooking Classes and you are unable to attend the new date.
• A duplicate payment was made in error for the same registration.
• A technical payment failure occurred where the amount was debited but registration was not confirmed.

How to Request a Refund

Email omsaicookingoffice@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment with your registered name, phone number and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

No-Shows

If you do not attend the live class after registering, the fee is non-refundable — the session recording or notes may be shared at our discretion where applicable.
